The Team
The Under 12’s boys Eagles are mostly a group of boys who started out in the Little Eagles Section and have been playing together ever since, many since the ages of 5 and 6 years old. They started their football journey together and have grown as a team ever since, with new players introduced along the way. Since taking their first steps into competitive football as under 8s they have continued to develop, putting into practice what they have learned and bringing their experience together on the pitch when it comes to matchdays.

With four full seasons of playing competitive football behind them these boys have turned into a really good team, full of technically gifted, fast, fit and extremely enthusiastic young footballers. They have all progressed tremendously well as individuals, but it is the progression of the team as a whole which has been most impressive, the boys are beginning to bring a sense of team coordination, positional awareness and selflessness to their games which complements their individual talents. They are a hardworking, well organised and physically strong team, there passing play and overall style in possession would leave many a premier league outfit in the dust….

The boys had a tremendous treble winning 2024-25 season – winning their Teesside Junior Alliance league and bagging two summer tournament trophies.

Promotion followed after the 24-25 successes and the 2025-26 season brought new challenges; with increased competition in the league and also moving onto a bigger pitch, new rules and the 9v9 format. The lads rose to the challenge, introduced new players along the way and after a slow start grew into their league ultimately finishing in a very respectable 3rd place.

2026-27 promises to be another exciting year and after a full season of adjustment to the 9v9 format the team have had a flying pre-season and are raring to go….. come on Eagles……
