Newton Aycliffe Youth are an FA 3* Accredited club. We provide football opportunities for boys and girls throughout the local community. 
 

To help us continue to improve our coaching to the children, we organise 3 CPD Events each season. Presented by Durham FA coach mentors to our volunteer coaches, each session covers a theme chosen by a coach , to help improve the training sessions and match day experience for all the children

The club have had a dedicated Coach Mentor for many seasons, which  has helped us to develop the club not just practically but also how we approach club development.

We want to make sure Newton Aycliffe Youth are a community club that supports the children of our community. So through the FA Mentor program we now have dedicated club mentors. They have lots of experience and help to support the other coaches within the club.

We have developed a club philosophy to actually show who we are and what we try to do.

The coaches want to improve as coaches so that they can help the kids to improve not just as players but as individuals. So at the coach development events ,  we either do practical and theory sessions, to help to develop and up skill the coaches.

All the coaches within the club are a minimum FA Level 1 qualified coach, but we also have a number of UEFA C Coaches and UEFA B Coaches
 

As a club we want to provide the local community the best environment for the kids to come and enjoy sport and develop as individuals. So that they continue to take an active role in the community for years to come, and we as a club are working hard to help them get those chances.
