Newton Aycliffe Youth FC Wildcats & Pumas began their journey at Under 8s with a single squad of just seven players. Thanks to the commitment of the girls, coaches and families, the group has grown into two teams now competing in the Russell Foster Youth League.
Coaches Shaun, Jonny, Dan and Chris have created a fun, positive and inclusive environment where every girl is encouraged to develop her skills, confidence and love for the game. What started as a small group has grown into a thriving squad of 30 players.
Although we may play as two teams on matchdays, we are one group. The girls train together, support one another and celebrate each other’s successes, creating a strong team spirit shared by players, coaches and parents alike.
